Eurocharged Error Code 0x3000

Eurocharged Error Code 0x3000
For those of you who know i engine swapped I am trying to reset to stock ecu (dont want new engine to blow up lol) I previously have reset to stock ecu back in June to pass inspection. Now when I try it goes “0x3000 wake up error” or something like that.
1.) although I have press the start button twice which is the equivalent of “putting key in position 2” I still get code, could me battery be low?
please help as I am trying to fix this and eurocharged won’t respond🥲
