4matic tolerance for different OD size tires
I have a bit of a situation here where I might need to have 225/40R19 Tires on the front axle, while leaving my 235/40R18 winter wheels on the back. I'm just wondering if 0.6 of an inch OD difference between the front and rear axles is too much for the 4matic system to tolerate with out excessivly stressing the center differential. I would need to travel about 1,000kms to get home from where we are currently.
Any info is appreciated.
