If the wheel can be wrenched onto the front, I don't see why not. Just be careful and a. drive slowly and b. don't drive far. Whereas the staggered sizes on the C43 AMG are calculated so the circumferences are within the margin to not screw up the all wheel drive system, I'd still only consider the
mismatched wheel/tire as just to get you to limp to the tire store.
Also be aware that if you have directional tires and you put your spare on the wrong side, it's wet grip will suffer and braking distance will be longer.

it would only be a temp thing, car didn’t come with spare so just would be used to keep me mobile for a few days

Does anyone have a picture of how the spare fits in the Trunk of the C43? Run Flats are a complete joke. From my 2016 C450 to this 2018 C43. Pot holes have created bulges like no tomorrow. Yesterday I got a nail in the tire, 9 miles from home. No problem I thought, the run flats can do 50 miles. My *** they can. Such drama.
Now it's at 0 PSI and can't even drive to the tire shop less than one mile. I'm going to patch it just to limp there.
i'm doing some Michelins non run flat, but always felt weird with no spare. I've read other members have the inflators and a can of slime and tire patch. Probably what I'll do for a quick limpish mode to get to tire shops at least. AAA roadside at 45-1hr wait for flats are insane.
I'm just venting but again anyone have a spare and a picture to see how it fits in the trunk ? I mean I know that compartment isn't for a spare but just wondering on visuals....
