Not on C43 specifically, but many with GLE43s(same engine) have installed it with great and safe results - after all, it is only a single connector literally 5-10 minutes installation, which is reversible in 5 minutes or less. 5-10 minutes installation does not include about 30 minutes "wait" time for all electronics to go to sleep. IMHO Dinan piggy is an excellent bang for the buck product for any MB equipped with 3L V6TT.

did you ever have to bring your car into the dealership for warranty? Could it be undetectable after it’s been removed?
Looking for some feedback on the DINAN/DINANTRONICS Sport Tuner. I have a 2019 C43 and was wondering if anyone has tried it on the same platform.

The consensus is that the JB1 (now JB4) was much much better. There were also 1 or 2 early threads about the dinan piggy back not even working at all. But those are probably related to installation error.
All of the piggy backs you will find probably do the same thing and with the same results. 2-3psi above stock. JB4 and higher power piggy backs might do 4-5psi above stock.
