9G-TRONIC 725.0 Shift Issue
The problem is unresolved and all shifts are now not as crisp as they were when the car was new. But, before I make this an issue with the dealership I'd like to know if this behavior is "normal".
The Invoice says that the valve body is for a 725.0 / 725.1 trans. I don't know if this is significant.
My sense is that this may be a quirk of the trans that has been masked by softening all of the shifts.
The work-around is to just use manual mode to hold 4th. But I miss the snappier shifts...
