!! HELP !! wheel spacers
Details: 4x 19"x8x5 offset: 35mm, hub bore size 66.6MM
I've gone to 2 tire shops, chain and local, and both say they will NOT fit in the front (they fit fine in the rear). They would currently scrape the A arm and possibly even the brake calipers
My CURRENT rims are 19"x8 with a 35mm offset, with 225mm F and 255mm R tires. I am missing that half inch. 2 options: New rims, or 10-12mm spacers that would allow the rims to fit.
2 questions:
1. If I put the spacers in the front, do I NEED to match them/get bigger spacers in the back? Can I simply run the tires sticking out slightly in the front, due to the wider tires in the back? (NO spacers for the rear)
2. In any situation, 4 spacers or only 2 needed, which ones do I get? A little digging showed me that most of the 10mm and 12mm spacers from ECS and H&R are NOT hubcentric on w205. I would need 15mm, and if so, would that be too big to run on only the front 2 tires?
Please help
