Exclamation Noise from driver side front tire

Trying to locate a sound coming from the driver side front tire. 2016 C450 4matic. When driving slow next to a wall it sounds like there is tape on a section of the tire sticking to the ground. Each revolution of the wheel you hear it once. I jacked up the car and checked the tire and all seems good. Brakes look good and dont seem to be dragging or warped. Braking feels strong and normal with no pulses, no shake in steering wheel, no looseness in the front end when driving. Just this noise. Any ideas?

not that I can see. Stock height, stock wheels, and has run flats (which I hate, but came on the car and are new). I notice the noise wheels straight next to building or wall.

I don’t know much, and not sure if this could be a cause, but are there wheel weights missing that u can see?
I had mine falling off the first week home from the dealer

they are still there and I would expect vibration from an unbalanced wheel. I thinking more wheel bearing or something Im not familiar with in the 4 magic system. I guess I need to get both front wheels off the ground to spin it by hand and try to locate the sound.

Is it possible that a small stone has gotten wedged in there..I'm assuming you have check for stuff caught in the tire tread..Nail, stone etc. Have the wheels been off for any reason lately, brakes inspected or anything..Run it in reverse for a bit and hit the brakes hard, see if it makes any difference.

Nothing I can see stuck in the tread. it's not a tapping sound like a rock would make, its a sticky sound. like there is glue or something across one section on the tire. wheel has not been off recently. will be taking it off and inspecting everything, just looking to see if there was anything commonly known out there.

Any chance that you swap the two tires and driving it the sound gets transformed to the passenger side? I mean you did say you checked the tires but might be something super hidden in the tires.

Otherwise is it possible to record the sound for us to hear?
