OP any additional testing and results you could share. We do appreciate you sharing about the mod though at the end of the day.

MBWorld Fanatic!
I’m getting a genetic U0699
Code
reader lists 1 pending & 1 permanent
but when I go to erase they both get read again
but the light goes away on my dash for the first start
Most of u have more knowledge than me do please chime in
sorry OP for hijacking and kinda getting off topic

Did you had a chance to compare before and alter mod for IAT?

nope, I realized I was the one asking, but then I also realized I knew you had a facelift and so did others hence "never mind"

I have been running this way for a few weeks. not really sure that I am getting better temps as I tracked before and after. May cool down a little faster once out of traffic.
Does the IC use the same radiator as the motor? If so I think changing to a stand alone radiator just for the IC would be the best inexpensive cooling mod. That was you dont have the heat of the motor and the charge air both heating up the coolant.

Would be nice to know the ECU's pump speed table to better understand if this mod would benefit either a daily or track car.
Would probably be great for a drag strip day, sitting in the lanes at full pump speed to cool down between runs, but in a daily driver maybe the pwm signal has the pump on high at any load more than idle?
