2018 C43 tapping noise at cold start for 2-3 seconds

2018 C43 tapping noise at cold start for 2-3 seconds
When I start my car from cold or after leaving 3-4 hours, I get a light tapping noise for a few seconds.
From reading around, it seems a common issue with the M276 engine (see http://australiancar.reviews/_pdfs/M...Version_10.pdf) and it suggests getting Check Valves installed to prevent oil return from the secondary chain tensioners, though that bulletin doesn't seem to apply to my engine number (2768xx 30 724xxx).
Anyone else experienced this?

yup tons of Mercedes do this, it's the timing chain tensioner building oil pressure.
