Intercooler coolant flush.
I'm about to make an engine coolant flush in my C450 and I want to know how to flush the coolant on the watercooler system. I'm aware it's a separate circuit and that uses the same coolant type as radiator does.
First of all, is it necessary? I don't buy that "lifetime fluids" thing.
I've searched all over internet and the forum but couldn't find any useful info.
Any help is much appreciated.
Regards.

You would need the vac refill tool to remove the air from the system but it doesnt seem more complex than an engine coolant change.
