There's a brand new cargo net in the bag in the cubby under the trunk floor plate, and I find two D rings near the back of the trunk space to attach it to, but there are no other D rings in my car. Is this something I can find online or a dealer only item. I'd like to put front D rings in so I can use the net. There is a plastic collapsible box in the cubby as well which is kinda neat, except I need a way to anchor it down so it doesn't slide around. Being brand new to MB automobiles I appreciate all the help i can get.

when you say you hav 2 in the back do you mean rear or car closest to bumper or towards front of car aka seats?

As you see there are only two D rings in the trunk.

There are slits in the floor liner in the corners up near the seatbacks. You’ll need to release the seats, pull the carpet back a little, and you’ll find the D rings folded down.

Well, that was easy! Doh! The D rings up forward were there, just had to pull up the carpet. And had I opened the package with the net I would have found the multilingual instructions noting that. Thanks for all the help.
