Turn Signal Clicks and Mercedes Chime

I recently purchased a 2020 C43 AMG Certified Pre Owned. I realized after a day of driving it (comparing it to POV drives) that my Mercedes does not make the chime sound when the door is opened, nor does it do the chime after ignition. Also, my turn signals do not make any sounds or feedback when activated.

has anybody else experienced this?
is this some setting that I have to adjust?

I'd appreciate any feedback/help/tips!
