PPM for 50K + or Indy with Extended Warranty Recommendations

PPM for 50K + or Indy with Extended Warranty Recommendations
I am due for my 5 year, 50K maintenance on my 2019 C43 with 39,500 miles. I have the extended warranty and I am looking for insight on my maintenance shop options.
The dealer will always charge more and even with PPM, it will still not come close to the savings at an Indy. However, with the Extended Warranty 100K- 7 Year program from Mercedes (versus 3rd party), I think I am pigeon held to go to the dealer. This way any covered issue would be found and addressed under the Extended Warranty, at least in a perfect world.
The only other option I can think of is getting my regular service done at an Indy shop I trust, then if they see anything within the Extended Warranty Coverage, I would setup an appointment with the Dealer.
I have already gotten a quote for PPM from my dealer and Jeff Jackson. Dealer is charging $2,100 for the 2 PPM 50K and 60K and Jeff is offering $1500 and $2,190 for the 3PPM. I didn’t even ask about the 3 PPM from my dealer with the $600 delta in 2PPM.
Any insight is greatly appreciated— Am I locked into dealer service with the Extended Warranty?

You are not locked into dealer service with with your warranty at the dealership. By law they can not deny warranty repair because you were not taking it to the dealership for maintenance.
