Hello, my C43 facelift DRL become yellowish. Just want to know if this is normal due to aging? How to solve the issue without changing the whole headlight?

I’ve noticed this on some Mercedes in the area…could it be the light tube inside the headlight?

i believe it's a drl tube inside the headlamp. i did tried asking around a few shops from my place, they suggested that replacing the whole headlamp is the only way but it is very costly. i am hoping if there is anyone here have the solution to it, most probably by just replacing the drl tube?

You can change out the DRL led controller, maybe if you used a blue LED it would cancel out the yellow and appear white?
