c450 amg problem

Hello, I have had a small problem for several weeks. When I go to a high rpm regime, and I return to normal driving, the car's coolant temperature drops more than normal, around 80 degrees, and the oil temperature also drops a lot. dropping well below the working function, On the other hand, when everything is normal, the oil temperature is 97/100 degrees, and the coolant temperature remains the same as always, I have changed the thermostat, THE car now has stage2 plus watercooler wagner tunig.
My car is driving me crazy

I have a 2017 c 43 and it sometimes happens but rarely on the highway only especially if I do WOT, again it is super rare, I think I only had this once last year.
