Upgrades?
so i have a 2021 c43 with tunes with AMR and an e30 each tune i have weistec cpc, weistec downpipes, bms cold air intakes and w.3 weistec turbos right now on my list of things to do i want fx-170 HPFP and LPFP TCU tune a wmi and inter cooler an recommendations and what to do for parts so i dont blow up the car?

only reason i didn’t get a 63 was just cause at the time i didn’t have money and i was kinda new into the car thing but obviously with what i know i wish but it’s too late so im just building this 43 and waiting on this gt63

I have my doubts about the effectiveness of the upgraded intercoolers currently out. Yes, they're bigger, but they don't change the fluid cooling ability of the current loop, so they probably do very little to drop charge temps over stock.
If you didn't already know, the fluid that goes through the intercooler to cool charge pipe air is also used to cool the transmission.
My .02, separate the cooling loop of the IC from the trans, and get a bigger IC radiator and a better IC pump.
Also, since you have uprated turbos, should your charge air temps go down? The whole point of uprated turbos is to move more air at a given pressure (which should also lower temps since the compressor is in a more efficient part of its efficiency band at higher airflow).

I would look for a hydraulic repair shop to fab a set of longer trans cooler lines and put a custom trans cooler mounted under the front bumper support.
