How to disable secondary air injection
Hey Guys,
I have a 2019 C43 and after tuning and cat delete, the secondary air injection is really annoying and makes the car sound awful (like a blown header gasket) during cold starts, for some reason the SAI activates even when starting up the car after 30-40mins of shutting it down. The coolant temps are still high( around 70-90°c). Fyi I have no requirement for emissions testing in my country. I'm looking for a way to disable the SAI system in the ECU. I will probably leave all the hardware as is. Btw, the car sounds normal again after the SAI stops. If i try to drive the car before the SAI stops, the engine is very jerky.
