Whistling Noise when foot on pedal
I have a 2017 c43 sedan (110k km)
When i am going around 70-90km/h and have my foot slightly on the gas pedal just to maintain constant speed. I get this high pitched whistle /humming noise. Once i remove my foot off of the pedal it stops, but once i press gas again just slightly the whistle starts again.
It’s not easy to hear on video but it sure is prominent when driving you can faintly hear it with radio on. (i think i saw a thread on a forum where this was happening but when not pressing the gas pedal, opposite to my issue, it was related to their rear diff) I am wondering if this could be the same thing.https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ic2...w?usp=drivesdk

I dont have warranty, what would be the best course of action.
Also any ideas what it could be if its not front diff.
Ps. I recently put on a new set of tires in the front, dont think there is a relation, but if you needed to know.

Although it could be tires, had the exact same issue and replaced rear diff it happens for me when both coasting and on light throttle at those speeds.
Should i get it fixed asap due to it potentially causing other issues/damages or its not that serious except for a annoying *** noise.
There are other causes such as transmission mount (although it is premature I think at your mileage).
Thankfully the transmission mount is super easy to change on our cars.
I never worried about it as it was there from new. Lets be honest the 4 matic system is good but quiet it is not. My c300..c400..all had similiar noises.
It reminds me of the noise my old motorcyle a 84 honda nighthawk..which had drivetrain whine and lash like no tommorow due to it being a shaft drive which was new technology then. Unrepairable just poor design.
My 2018 still going strong at 120000 km good as new a virgin untouched by the stealership.
Its like having a small click in your knee with no pain and going for a knee replacement. Last thing I would do is rip my car apart like many have done with this same issue and ended not resolving the issue after much money time and headaches.
My advice put it in sports+ turn up the tunes and enjoy.
