18" OEM C43 front wheels on bigger front brakes.

I have a customer that purchased a set of 18x7.5/18x.8.5 OEM remans to replace his 19's because he keeps cracking wheels but the front obviously wouldn't fit due to the larger front brakes.

Has anyone successfully used the OEM 18x7.5 wheels in the front and what spacer/hub ring/wheel lugs did you use? Just trying to help this guy out as the wheels are already here,

thanks! 👍

Hi, have you done a test fit? I suspect the brake rotor isn't the issue, it's most likely the very small window of offsets that work on the front to clear the suspension.
18" was an OEM offering and my winter set are on 18" replicas and I have ~0.5" of clearance from the rotor to barrel.

The OEM front rim for a C43 is 7.5Jx18 ET33 - If your offset is close to 33mm, you should be set.
The more common offset for C300's is 44mm on the 7.5x18 - If that is the case I think you'll need a 10mm spacer.

Worth checking the rear as well, but it's more forgiving

This is correct. I have OEM 18s wheels and Bridgestone Blizzak as winters on my stock 19s on my 2017.
