Posting some pics in case helpful to anyone doing this. Recently bought the car and noticed the side skirt / rocker panel wasn't fitting properly at the back of the door and along the door line. Turned out one broken clip and a bad install where one part of the skirt wasn't even on the trim.
Removed it today and sharing pics so you can see where the clips are. In my case I need to replace the black clip (part 390 in last picture) as it was broken at the top right (it connects at top right and bottom left). I have also ordered a few of the other clips in case they break coming off the body (I reinstalled it while waiting for the new parts). I was able to get the part 350 clips off (see parts diag photo) without breaking but the part 360 clips seem a bit loose fitting after reinstall so I have ordered them too.
Holding it on underneath (and all need to be removed before unclipping the panel from the body) were 4x10mm plastic nuts (visible without removing the undertray), 3 round disc ~ 1" round (have a coin slot in them, rotate 90 deg to remove, (part 310) - these were under the edge of the undertray but possible to remove by flexing the tray, finally at each end there were 2 each plastic rivets (part 370), same as used for the wheel arch covers.
Not shown in the pictures - just in front of the door, two black clips (part 320 and 340) - these do not need to come off the body and can stay during removal/reinstallation.
Black clip (part 390) needs to be removed and installed in skirt for install. Two clips (top right) came off with the side skirt.

Gday, I don’t know the car specifically but likely it’s a clip not quite in place or worn if it’s come off before. Assuming you’ve tried already to push it in place (that’s what I tried and didn’t work), then best approach is to remove the panel and you’ll tell from there. Replacement clips from dealership are pretty cheap. Cheers
