Please forgive any ignorance forthcoming. I don't know what I don't know yet.
I have a 2018 C 43. It has phone integration. The Car Play connects fine and all Car Play features work, but I have some issues.
1. Occasional freeze. Audio keeps playing, but the screen doesn't update or respond to input. 2. Audio break up. Restarting (disconnect/reconnect) restores sound quality, but it will start breaking up again, sometimes soon after the reset and sometimes a while longer. Other audio sources (and SIRI!) work fine the whole time. It's only playing music from Apple Music that is impacted.
I have read many suggestions. My phone is as current as it can get. A variety of cable swapping had no effect. (well, except for the two bad cables I found and discarded! lol)
I don't know if I have the most recent software in the car as I do not know how to check. Has anyone else experienced this and, if so, were you able to find a resolution?
