Noise from Exhaust after Rev

Noise from Exhaust after Rev
I have a 2020 c43 with around 35,000 miles and never heard of this noise before.
After revving the engine (which is not often) it sounds like the exhaust flaps are grinding towards the end then there’s a clear tink sound.
Has anyone had this issue/solution? I’ve searched on the forum and online and can’t find anything.
Thanks all for any inputs and trying not to go to MB dealership before trying myself first.
