Cost of prepaid maintenance & extra warranty
I've been reading a lot about the importance of buying an extended warranty if you are going to keep it past the basic warranty - 4 years / 50000 miles.
I plan on purchasing a c63s with some options but my budget excl. tax is $80000. My Dealer has no info on pricing yet but I've decided to keep "her" until I put 100000 miles on it which if figure would be 6 years. ( I hope

I am thinking this will cost about $5/6000 or so
Second, the cost of a 4yr/40000 mile maintenance for - a E63s is $2375
- a C400 is $1275
I'm thinking it will be a about $2000 or so for the c63s
I've never bought a maintenance plan before but I am being advised to do so but I am just not fully convinced on this.
Any input on these two topics would be greatly appreciated.

look at paying at least 6k for a 7/75

The AMG PPM prices are the same for all the models; even the CLA. It's a bit easier considering most of the AMG vehicles are V8's. If you lease the vehicle; you cannot residualize the PPM into the lease. You are paying for it all up front divided by the term.
