What do you think the mark-up is gonna be over MSRP on the C63 the first month or two out? I saw a very nice CLK Black Series locally with a 20K mark-up and heard of a 50K premium on another one!

No thank you on MSRP +. I'll wait until they want to wheel and deal a little bit. I bet we see $10,000 - $15,000 over MSRP pretty consistently.

doubt it, all those guys in california...a pretty huge chunk of AMG sales in the past are hiding right now because of the mortgage crisis. I own a large car wholesaling business here in houston and to say exotic sales have dorpped off would be an understatement. Now the C63 is not an exotic, but its main demographic is wealthy younger people....and california is huge in that....well it used to be, i mean theyre still wealthy just not tons of cash being tossed around like its 1999 anymore

a car that can't do the throttle reset.
No 'premiums' here in NJ. Everything is sticker or less at the MB dealers.

That's very accurate. Couldn't have said it better.
