First on the list at Autohaus Northbrook Illinois. Only options on configuration were 057 Ipod integration, P02 Premium package (Bixenon, split seat etc.) and 320 multimedia package.

I must say I was disappointed the performance pack was not available. Based on the reviews so far this car will likely be a real handful without a true mechanical limited slip. No 19 inch wheels, no carbon fiber, etc.

I still have an option to refuse the car upon delivery. I must admit my eye is wandering to other cars available. If I could get away with a coupe the new skyline seems to be quite a package.

I preorderd the C32 when it came out, based on some of the preproduction hype. I liked the car but it never did live up the expectation set from some early preproduction testing. I hope the same is not true in the case of the C63.

i find it crappy that the performance package isnt available.
but im sure you can order the 19'' wheels through the parts dept.


my contact tells me the performance pack will be available for the 09' c63 amg...for us and canada

he told us to wait till then to get the car!

without the performance pack, there isn't much configuring to do.
