sounds like the front cup holder is the option? like bmw 6 series?

I think the U.S. spec cars come standard with 2 cup holders. That is why I asked where Manoj1 was from - Manoj1 may be ordering a non-U.S. car. Also Manoj1 has specified Parktronic and the 19" wheels which are not available for the U.S. 2008 C63s.

Quick one when did you order your car? If it is due April May? I ordered mine March 2007 & rammed a deposit down my dealers throat- even though he couldnt advise delivery date!

There was me thinking I was going to be one of the first in the UK,
By the way if you were to order the P 30 package [this item is still not decided & may not be fitted until 2009 models] A descion on this will be made end May, if you had opted for this you wouldnt have seen your car until August 2008

I also did my spec last week & still awaiting for a confirmed delivery date

Todays Budget
Looks like were going to be hammered next year had we waited with the new car sales tax for high emmisions [probably £2000 on to the MSRP] [Road tax also up again £400 / $820]

Be interested to know if you get a confirmed date.

Do you know if the reef grey interior on the C63 is the leather seats and door inserts only as suggested by the pictures on the configurator, or is the fascia grey too as on the 'lesser' C class models?

Quick one when did you order your car? Has the dealer given you a definite delivery date?

I ordered my C 63 in April last year and had to argue with MB dealer to take deposit, I thought I was going to be one of the first ones in the UK to have C 63, apparently not.

On the P30 extra , it wont be decided until late May whether it will allowed on to the car [UK Spec] & they may wait till 2009 before this will be an option.

I see we got stuffed in the budget, high emmision cars now £400 road tax/ $809.Then they are to put up the MRSP by £2000/$4000 showroom inital purchase.

Nice work, with UK roads probably best not to get the performance pack anyway.

I see our new Chancellor has decided to give us a kick in the nuts and give that money to people who like sex but can't afford kids instead

I ordered and placed my deposit in September 2007, regarding the performance package as I hardly will be driving it on the track thought would save some money. Just want the car ASAP. My build date is 1st week of April and delivery date end of April beginning of May (Finger crossed)

What spec did you go for?

To be honest am not sure, even the C63 AMG brochure has awful pics. Just wanted a diff interior from the outside black and black would have been a bit too much for me especially with black roof headlining. Noticed some pics that some cars have beige interiors presume these are the US cars. Would have loved to gone for the carbon fibre interior pack however at £1500 thought was too expensive.

Wow fully loaded, can you tell me what is the intelligient light control as bi-xenons and corning lights are standard. Might also go for the Ipod integration but have to ask them if will work with the ipod touch.

Unsure on the intelligent light system , probably similar to my CLS , Auto activation!
I'm afraid I cant help you with the ipod touch , probably better asking the MB dealer. My current set up in my CLS has i-pod access through steering wheel , but when I put my I-phone in to the charger[It will only charge ]
