Thanks
I finally got new Dunlop Sportmaxx GT front tires so the gap is much smaller.
Also I got a tracking ID from H&R
I'll do a proper photoshoot in 3 weeks when I'll come back from my holidays.

We aren't all looking for a "pimp grille" on our refined German beasts. It's about the car, not what the others on the street think about. I could careless!!
Be hind the wheel of my C63, I know exactly what I have. An understated, sleeper of an insane sedan.

Yep for now I'll be keeping it like this till the spring, then maybe I will get a nice set of coil overs I'm not getting that much love with these wheel and tire set up but I'm happy haha. I do think lowered will look better since the front does have a huge gap. I'm afraid of ruining the handling though.
the rear is already pretty low so I'm happy with how the rear sits
I dont know the offset, they are just made for c63, i dont think adv releases their offset.
Not too sure about the quality of the wheel though, I am still having some vibration issues at really high speeds, but I will get road force balance and report back.
will put up more picts soon

Thanks! They are ADV1 5.0 TF 18 inch. alot of people think they are too small but I like them and it allows me to run more tire which is good for performance plus i dig the meaty tire look.

They absolutely look killer!!!! The are not too small. I run and will always run 18's. The pattern combined with your vehicle..........sick!
Curious about the vibration though. Maybe they need to settle?
Take care,

I used an acid based wheel cleaner and a bristled wheel brush like you would use for baby bottles but alot stiffer bristle, keep scrubbing until the acid has chewed through a good portion of the soot then spray out with a pressure washer then reapply some more wheel cleaner to the inside of the tip. dry and avoid excessive amounts to the chrome tip as this could erode the chrome finish.
If you really want it to pop once all the soot is out use autosol and an orbital or elbow grease to cut polish it like a mirror
I'll take some more upclose shots for you later for you,
Here is the wheel cleaner I used;

and this is a similar brush I used;

For the money its an unbelievable car! Especially second hand 70-75k however the C63 is overall a better car purely for design interior exterior and that engine!
The ISF IMO is a better handling car. It is also more comfortable i.e. seats and ride comfort even though it has stiffer springs I think the dampers do a better job of dealing with bumps.
Speed wise the torque of the AMG wins off the line with all RPM range but you cant not deny Lexus has done a wonderful job with its 5.0ltr Yamaha tuned motor.
