Vehicle Tracking Information
I have a C63 going into production 2nd decade of June and was wondering if any of you knew how I can track the vehicle once I get the VIN etc.
I remember reading somehwre that you could actually track it, including the vessel that the car sails on.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

(a quick search would have given you this from a recent post)
Once you get either an order/production # or your VIN (you should be supplied VIN when production is confirmed) go to this site:
http://schedule.2wglobal.com/AppTracking/cargoTrack.do
select "Auto Tracking" and enter your VIN.
Once your vehicle leaves the factory you will be able to see where it is.
The actual boat ride takes between 6 to 10 days for East coast (Halifax 1st then usually Baltimore) The car can sit at the docks in Bremerhaven for up to 3 weeks before loading and starting the trip over. Loading and unloading is done like lightning. They don't like these big ships in port too long
When my C55 came in 2004 it landed in Halifax. I saw it was scanned off the boat. Called the dealer and they expedited delivery and it was in Toronto 48hrs later in in my hands the next afternoon.

Hope this helps

BTW orders bound for Dallas have US port of entry as Jacksonville Florida from what the dealer indicated to me the other day.
Thanks again

So you enter the VIN number after selecting "Auto Cargo"?
