is the 19 inch Multi-spoke available in US?
is the 19 inch Multi-spoke for the C63 available in US?
I have heard from some people that its not going to be available in the US
is this true? if so why?

Yikes, were have you guys been?!? Probably new, we here in North America are not offered this wheel option, as far as the SL55 wheel, it wont fit, the optional 19" wheel in europe has its own part numbers, staggered fitment and proper offset, in other words, the 19 inchers in europe and other parts of the world are designed specifically for this car. BTW, if you do a search, you will also see many posts regarding this topic.
