CF parts on my w204 C300
I know you are the big guys but these can be used on your beasts (wish I had one) also.
The mirror covers are a bit smaller than the overlays I had originally but thats fine. They are also very thin and curve at the upper edge so they look like it came from the factory. The pillars also look great but the front doors were a bit hard to line up. Well here are the pics.
Now they have to make a piece to cover this chrome strip, it shouldn't be to hard.

I think the mirror covers and the spoiler look good. The pillars seem a little like overkill to me. This is a MB after all, not some civic. I'd lose the pillars if I were you.
