Anyone have updated leaseing info?

I remember the old threads for the '08's

.0033 money factor (based on credit of course)

anywhere from 57-59% residual based on miles/term...

does anyone hav info for the '09's yet? curious to see if the money factor has/or will come down...

im slated for May delivery so I still have plenty of time

Anything with BOOST
Just picked up my C63 tonight. I used US Bank (availability will vary by state) the money factor is .00190 and a residual of 52% on 39 month. My car had a window of 70,450 and the lease payment including 7% sales tax is about $1150. Hope that helps, and the car is definately worth the dough. Sounds like, since my car has the "incomplete" 030 package I've got some $$ coming back!!

thats not bad, Im planning on a 36 month with 10k miles per year, so im hoping for around 57%ish residual..im assuming you went with 12 or 15k miles per year for the 52% residual?

.0019 sounds much nicer, and good luck with the money back, good resoning for some mods I guess...

and since Im new to leasing, just like financing you can shop around for your own lease rates im assuming?

A 24 month lease compared to a 39 month one is WAY more, like LE said.

leasing just never made sense to me
your total payments for 39 months are $44,800. and you get $0 when you return the car.

lets say you BUY the car....$70,450 + 7% tax

if you keep it for 39 months and then sell it, there is a very VERY good chance it'll cost you more then 44k

I put down $1500 in total on my lease. Leasing a depreciating assest, that I know I'm not going to keep, is the only way to go for me. Leasing vs. buying depends strictly on the length of ownership and nothing else.

i beg to differ
when you buy you control everything, you can control how the value is by putting how many miles YOU want on it, you can keep it how long YOU want, what if you need some cash flow after 12 months, you can sell it np.

lease is absolutely nothing more than renting the car.

now there's one place where lease does make sense, as in a business asset, business use, business deductions/breaks etc.

again just my opinion, no need to get offended ;p

This is what I've been quoted for leasing,

The MSRP for the car was $69,500 but with the $1,540 credit it is $67,960.

27 months / 10,000 miles / 5K cash down -- $1,364 with 10K cash -- $1,150

36 months (39 not offered) - 5K cash -- $1,328 with 10K cash -- $1,163

48 months - 5K cash -- $1,176 with 10K cash -- $1,049
And...

The residuals are quite good for 10,000 miles. 68% for the 27 months - your paying for 32%

on the 36 months - residual 57% you are paying for 43%.

The money factor is not the lowest you've ever seen, .00004

merc, those are HORRIBLE rates!!

1328 with 5k down?????
Serious scam!!!

I GUARANTEE you I can get u a more expensive MSRP model, ZERO money down and DEFINITELY less than 1328!!

I was quoted 1100 on a 67k 08 with NO money down and NYC taxes rolled into the payment

Woooooooooow, those #s are off the freakin scale

I know LOL. That was Mercedes of San Diego. I always get a quote from them, and have NEVER bought form them just because they try and scam me on every car I'm interested in buying.
