The Best of Mercedes & AMG
"667 Broken Vacuum hose performed short test, ME fault code 0745,2091. selfadaptation of mixture formation at idle too lean for both bank cylinders, checked actual values of both MAF sensors, within spec, test fuel pressure delivery, ok checked line of purge control valves, no leaks, check all vacuum lines at rear of engine, using smoke machine to check intake system, notice smoke coming from front of engine, found broke vacuum line. Remove Engine Fan and Drive Belt...Remove and replace vacuum hose on front cover, reassembly and check adaptions, within normal range. Clear codes and road test, OK. "

Just because one car has a broken vacume line does noy imply ALL cars are worthless. Give me a break here.
See yeah

PS: The lovely employee at his dealer probably broke another one when installing it. I would say "Find another service department"
Plus - check your bay to make sure everything was put back together!
The more parts an incompetent dealership removes and reinstalls, the more your chances are that they didn't put them back right.
Tell them to call MB of Escondido, and talk to the service manager Dan. I got my car back a week ago after they replaced some part of the ECU, and everything's fine so far.
The bottom line is they will eventually get you set straight. Yeah it sucks but give it a week or two after you get your car back and you will be all smiles again

i will update everyone when i get my car back from service thursday, they said 1.2.3.4 gears and some seals and (clutch???) was wrong with it.
cant wait to get it back. this is by far the best car i had.
Will let you guys know what they determine the issue to be - hopefully, it is something trivial...hopefully
