Full PP is now installed!
All of the work was completed on Friday and they did a great job. The suspension upgrade is fantastic. It looks like it may have lowered the car 1/2" tops. The new front brakes are amazing and the feel of the steering wheel is super nice.
For those that are interested, here are all of the upgraded part numbers:
Front Brakes:
004-420-89-20 Brake Pad
171-540-06-17 Sensor
001-989-87-51 Brake Paste
**They replaced more than the pads, so I'm guessing there are some other part numbers I need to locate. It now has the two piece rotors and monster calipers.
Front Suspension:
204-320-32-30 Shock Absorber
204-321-39-04 Front Spring
204-321-10-06 Stop Buffer
002-997-24-90 Loom Tie
Rear Suspension:
204-326-60-00 Shock Absorber
204-324-07-04 Rear Spring
204-321-11-06 Stop Buffer
Steering Wheel:
No part # listed
**They also did a wheel and chassis alignment after replacing the suspension.
Let me know if you have any questions.

I love the PP suspension. I drove the regular suspension for about 2 months and it was good, but after driving my car with the upgraded suspension all weekend I'm very happy I decided to push for the retrofit. You can really tell a difference powering through a turn...very little body roll. I didn't think there was much with the original suspension, but now I can tell a huge difference.
As for the roads, I live in Atlanta. They put large metal plates down to cover potholes and road construction, so the roads aren't all that great. I guess I don't mind a stiffer ride where you can feel the bumps a bit more. It's a personal preference and you can't go wrong either way.
Best of luck to you!

From my last ride with the Non PP suspension, I thought it felt great but when I test drove the stiffer suspension I thought it was too stiff. I'm wondering if after a while of driving that it would loosen up? it just felt really rough on yesterdays ride. What I really want is the LSD, I guess we'll see what happens Monday, if I can't get the LSD option alone I may go for the whole kitchen sink... Thanks for the Update
And for anyone driving the New PP suspension please feel free to comment, Thanks...

Chances are the ride would get stiffer over the long haul because the tires would begin to wear. A new car is riding on nice fresh rubber. After a few thousand miles, that gummy layer will wear off and they will become more stiff.

BTW, a couple of folks (MINI Cooper group) are playing hookey Thursday and going to the Dragon for a run. Let me know if you're interested.

Any impressions after a month with the retrofit? "Some" of my parts have arrived, I will be lining up my retrofit in the next few weeks.
The parts list shown so far on the threads do not show a different set of AMG Calipers, does the brake upgrade include new calipers, or do they just put a different material pad in them? (MHP or Seven21?) Did you get to keep your used parts?
thanks all

WHo did you work with to get your retrofit? I am working it with my dealer.
so far no response. Any ideas? I have a number for MBUSA from the Private lounge but I want to exhaust my dealer first.
Regards
Paul G.

That said, my car was at the dealership for weeks waiting for me to pick it up as we worked out this whole deal. I will also get to keep all of the stock parts that are on the car now that will come off during the upgrade.
