Hello, all.

I just signed a contract with MB to lease a c63 for 39 months with 7500k a year paying $970 a month. I also pay 1,000 in deposit.

I think i signed this contract way too soon and would like to know if i can get my deposit back.

One generally has 3 days after taking delivery of a car to rescind the transaction and get the money back.

um, as far as i know, in california once you do sign the contract -- its done, there is no "cooling off" period

@GTR that is no money down - you said deposit. This means you get it back.

If you're leasing to save money on a monthly payment - this is the wrong car. The rates suck completely. You shoud go for a long-term loan, at least then you have equity to get back later.

if you're leasing for business purposes, then it doesn't matter how much you spend as long as you can afford it. Either way, the rates are not going to improve much - most of the car leasing industry is going into the toilet along with the major investment banks.
