a quarter mile at a time
fine fine. In second gear, you will be at 5,477rpm when going 50mph. Lookup a stock dyno sheet, find 5,500 rpm and you'll have your answer.
Alternitavely, you will be at the following rpm's in the following gears:
3rd: 3,677rpm
4th: 2,623rpm
5th: 1,915rpm
6th: 1,570rpm
7th: 1,398rpm
One thing to keep in mind is that at 50mph and 5,477rpm, you will be able to put a significant amount of torque down to the tires, but you only have 1,400rpm until redline. I'm not positive, but times may be better if you launch from 3rd on a roll from 50mph.

Are you asking for HP or RPM?
Estimating horsepower consumption at ~15 to maintain a steady state 50 MPH will likely get you in the ballpark for most chassis dynamometer calculations.
