i wouldnt like to drill 2 holes into the front bumper..

Sucked it up and put it on the front - it is my daily driver and I don't need the hassle when going on the FDR or over the Brooklyn Bridge or trhu the tolls - the DOTs and others just love to hit you up for the fine.

No plate in the front will invite unwanted tickets. I never put plates in the front bumper until I move to New York. My advise is put the plate on and live with it.John

Agree 100% it is not worth the hassle. There is a thread floating around here that had a solution that hid the plate under the bumper then moved it to the front remotely.
