C63 OWNERS age range??
33 here and about ready to retire lol.
Id like to start road racing for fun if I could close a couple more big deals but we we'll see. Not counting chickens before they hatch but ive always wanted to be a race car driver, even if its just amateur racing for fun
What a thread indeed... yesterday I was thinking, should I have gone with a new E63 instead - is the C63 more of a "teenagers car"?
I wonder how old all these people are...
Seems my age group is well represented
I had two E320s ('95 and '01) before the C63. That made me almost overlook the C63 (scary!). I considered the E63 first but went with the C63 because (a) smaller cars generally have nimbler handling (learned that when test driving a bunch of BMWs), (b) similar straight-line performance (for that matter, similar to the S63 too), (c) less flashy, and (d) costs $30K less.

I was kind of surprised by the results of this thread as well. Im stuck right in the middle but I thought I would be one of the younger ones.
I too, am one of the people on this forum that had to work my butt off to get where Im at today. My mom was divorced and drove a school bus (bless her heart). But honestly, I would have recked this car and probably have killed 10 people in the process if I had this car at 18-22 years old. Just saying, not comparing my self to the younger members (I was a very immature adolescent).
I now hang out with the very wealthy and man am I jealous of there kids. My first car was a pos 1971 ford torino hoopty lol. you could fit 8 people in the trunk

I have no problem with young people having pricey cars (not that the C63 is a ferrari or anything) but if they are responsible enough and appreciative enough, its just fine to take a nice car from daddy. Just dont go around acting like your better than others because you were born on third base

And for the ones that made the money on their own at an early age, congratulations. Dont do anything I would have done, like get yourself killed.
Have fun
