It's the Vancouver Euros Launch Party BBQ at Spanish Banks.
Jotti has kindly invited us to come down and have a burger or a hot dog and join in with his regular group of Bimmers and Audis. We can (and should) donate some money to help offset some of his costs.

So a small handful of Coquitlam people got together today, and were kind enough to ask me to go along (which I did). I didn't realize how beautiful the Golden Ears Provincial Park was until today.
We started off at the Copa Cafe in Coquitlam, which is a very good Asian-style restaurant with excellent food and great service for extremely reasonable prices.
Then headed out to Golden Ears Provincial Park which has this unusually beautiful, long, winding access road which has to be experienced to be believed. The entire road is lined with 100-year-old trees on both sides and it's smooth and winds its way through the park for about 3 kilometres.
It's so beautiful...

Quick reminder...if anyone is interested in coming to the Vancouver Euros BBQ at the Beach event today, and you're in Richmond, we're going to pre-meet at Lansdowne Mall at 11:00 am and hope to be there by 12:00. It's a beautiful day out today so Spanish Banks will be very crowded. Jotti (who'll be coming with his 430) and his crew will try to be there as early as possible to reserve enough spaces for everyone, but let's not try to be too fashionably late.
There will be about 50 eurocars of all descriptions, and the Lamborghini Club (Northwest Chapter) will also be coming with a bunch of their members.
See you at Lansdowne at 11:00, folks. (Yes, that's AM).
