sorry for all the hassles guys. it sucks that this happened, especially when i was about to have a rare opportunity to drive beside an SLR!
i think the tire must have recently been damaged by something because earlier that morning my TPMS monitor flashed just after leaving richmond and i had to add some air to that tire.
anyways, i dropped the car off for servicing today (didnt see u there sam!) and new tires will be slapped on tomorrow or wednesday and ill be ready to rock again!
i also want to thank you guys for sticking around and helping me change the tire so that i could drive home. Team AMG pit crew rocks!
BTW whats up with the pics of my butt!?

make it an overnight trip.
it would be a nice drive, some shopping, some good eating, go clubbing/drinking, then if we time it right we could hit a drag day on sunday am before heading home.

does anyone know a shop where i can get my car lowered? the place thats going to install mine has a waiting list till July 13 and he is charging me around 200 to change the springs. does anyone know a shop that can install them sooner for me and around the same price? btw is doesnt include wheel alignment so thats extra

we definitely should meet up with some seattle guys. i think theres a few E55 guys that meet up as well.
as far as the drags, looks like the test and tune days for the summer are on wednesdays and fridays, so it might be harder to do. we could leave on friday and hit the drags at 4pm!
