Maintenance?

Maintenance?
I will be making a new car purchase during the next few months, and as of now I'm pretty certain it'll be a C63. I was curious how much everyone was paying for maintenance on theirs? First 6 months? First year?
including tires, oil, everything.. and please specify if possible
Was also pretty sad to see that MB's warranty/maintenance program was pretty terrible, unless I'm missing something? Looks like you pay for everything.. Can anyone elaborate?

You pay for maintenance, but warranty covers all parts that are defective, etc. Not really bad, just not a maintenance included approach like BMW. Just as an aside, there is no free lunch...BMW builds the maintenance cost into the price of the cars.

everyone says that bmw builds that price into their cars, but it's not like mercedes correspondingly dropped their price to compensate for the loss of free maintenance 2004-on. i think that what most people dont think enough about are the operating costs of a vehicle, they look just at the purchase price and thats it. im glad i dont have to pay a dime to service or maintain my bmw for 4 years vs all the crap i had to get fixed or serviced on my last mb. replacing tires every 10k miles sounds like a significant chunk of change at over 1k for each set, so these are things you really have to consider.
