2009-2 vs. 2009-1 Registration Year: Any differences?

2009-2 vs. 2009-1 Registration Year: Any differences?
As I hunt around for my C63, I'm bumping into cars with both 2009-1 and 2009-2 registration years.
Aside from the 2009-2 cars being a few months newer, is there any difference between the two designations from a body/engine/options point of view?

i believe so far, the onlt known differences have come in Canada...where parktronic is now included in the premium package...and I believe CF is now no longer part of the perf package...(i think)
