Kleeman? And My Dyno Results!

Hey guys I just got this from a friend and wondered if you guys had heard anything about it. 620HP seems like the direction I may want to go!

http://www.topspeed.com/cars/car-new...n-ar72080.html

Also, I got a chance to dyno my car yesterday afternoon on a Dynojet and boy it did not disappoint at all! Max Power of 388.39rwhp and 375.17 lbft!
Unfortunatley the charts were emailed home to me with a .drf file but i am downloading the software to view them so I will post the dyno sheets later on.
Until then, enjoy the video of the main run of the day!

Interesting find. I wasn't aware Kleeman released a stage 3 and 4 program. The sport cams and higher flowing throttle body sound interesting, but those numbers seem very optimistic. Stage 2 numbers are probably closer to 530+. I don't think 580 hp is even close to what people have been getting.

I thought that by now, all tunes are in the 520-530 crank HP range?

I have the K2 on my E55, and I can tell you from experience that my beast has SUBSTANTIALLY more than 530+. Personally, I think the 570-580hp estimates with the K2 kit are accurate (I think some of my kills on the street would agree, too )

For the K2 E55 I agree you are probably seeing closer to 570-580hp with your car, but I was more specifically referring to the K2 C63, which consists of the tune and high flow manifolds, downpipes, and 2ndary cat delete. Even Kleeman's own web site claims 560+ from the K2 C63 and not 580hp, unless they have a newer tune out or something? But I think several customers who have done the K2 upgrade to their C63 are seeing closer to 520-530?

In any case, I would love to see the 600hp mark reached with the 63. I'll just be happy if we can reach consistently and repeatedly, 570hp on the 63 platform

Oh, ok... I gotcha now... I have yet to drive (or ride in) a C63, but with the lighter weight, they seem like they'd be a real pleasure to pilot...
What's the most that any of the performance companies have been able to get out of a C63?

I believe anything more than a Kleemann K2 would require a serious change to the back end in order to manage the HP and TQ. As it stands, my K2 package rips the back end out under full load.

BTW, I saw an SL65 AMG Black Series the other day at my dealership. Holy sh*t was that thing a beast! Now if I can only get my C63's rear end to look like that!

Do you have a K2 package on your car? 388 rwhp is a long way from 580 at the crank. What I see on the website is 537 for a K2 package which would be apx 440 rwhp. My day of install test yielded 403 rwhp which is not up to par with my expectations but I will be testing again Friday. Car is more responsive from a seat of pants perspective but my best 1/4 time is 12.1 at 114 which is just slightly better than some stock numbers that members are claiming.

No my car is completely stock. This was the first dyno I did since recieving the car and right now I am in the process of ordering various components to upgrade.

have them correct the numbers and then you can know what you are making for sure, i made 460 uncorrected but then turned around and sae correct them came out to 421. (also try doing dyno in 5th gear i know there is a limiter in the car but you still bring the car to 5900rmp that good for hp reading between 5500rpm to 7000 is basicly a flat line)
