Max Tire Sizes for 18" and 19" wheels
I have the stock OEM 18" wheels right now. I have replaced the rear tires and put on 275/35/18. Fits great with no rub. I've read another who tried a 285/35/18 and he had rub problems. I also have the stock front tires still on there, but I've heard that you can upgrade to 245/35/18 and it will fit.

FRONT: 245/35/18
REAR: 275/35/19
So I'm about to buy new 19" wheels and the Tire Rack has said that the figuring out the rear tires is easy and 275/30/19 is the best option. They said that the fronts though cause problems choosing as the biggest size (255) can cause the onboard computer problems and engage the traction control. They also said it is hard to meet the payload requirement. They are saying to go with 245/30/19, but they said it's the best choice, but still not ideal. What are you guys running up front that have 19" wheels?

Hey guys, just a question on the side. What's the most aggressive offset one can have on the 19" OEM C63 Rims? (The infinity amount of spokes one lolz)
I am just thikning of the possible alternative oem rim solution that i can go with (CLK63 BLK 19" rims for example), without having to be charged an arm and a leg from the dealership...
an example of what I'm thinking of is this:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Merce...Q5fAccessories
will this setup fit on the C63 AMG without problem? (needing spacer, tire rubs etc).
I believe the tires: two for the front are265/30R-19 and the two for the rear are 285/30R-19
And the offset i believe is: 25 Front and 31 in the rear (I believe these are EV values...? I'm not sure)
Thanks!
