Bulbs - Any opinions?

I want to change my stock Fogs on my C63. Any opinions on which ones to buy and what colour range I should be looking at (4000K etc...)?

Fogs are H11's I believe and I have no clue what to buy.

they are h7 . h11 is on the regular c-class . i just changed mine to hid and it was a pain in the ask . had to modify the original boot that held the oem bulb . i did 12000k just because everyone rolls around with the usual 6000k and 8000k . not everyone will agree with me but i think it looks great .

Yes they are H11 for the regular halogen bulbs, but if you wanna go hid they're H7 because the H11 is too long and will touch the glass so that is why HID we go with H7s

Thanks Jae Duk, that's exactly what I thought. H11 it is.

So, to replace the fog lights, my options are a) H11 halogen bulbs; or b) H7 HID bulbs.

But if I got H7 HID bulbs, I would have to modify the fog light housing to make them fit. Whereas just swapping in new H11 halogen bulbs wouldn't require any housing modification.

Did I get all that right? Thanks.

Im not sure about changing the housing on the fog lights. It seems that some members here have changed their fog lights without changing the housing so I would search around or ask around other members. I personally had to change mine.
