ROFLMAO! the photoshop pics are cool.. i'm searching wheels too.. in the HRE range, ofcourse the M40's look the best. i was also looking at Modular Society wheels.. they do have 1 or 2 nice ones for the C63. anyways, i have to comment on this but don't get offended, the red brake calipers is too much of a contrast with the arctic white

No worries, none taken. I bought my C63 from a dealer that sells porsches next door and you see a lot of red calipers on porsches. So I guess they started to put some on MB. Besides, half the time they don't look that red due to all the brake dust!!

I haven't checked out modular society wheels, but from the website they look very big and bold. Very colorful too! My plan is when the stock pirelli's need to be replaced, I'll check out other wheels in the 19" range. 20's are too big for me.

I haven't investigated the cost of HRE wheels, but I assume they are 5K+ without tires, so that might be a strong reason to look elsewhere.

That depends on which wheel model, size, and finish you decide to get...
However unless you are looking at 20in or bigger in the 800 or 900 series than most likely they wont be 5k without tires...
For 19's in the mono or lower models they should range $800-1100 a wheel...
That also depends on finish, if you decided to custom paint them they would definitely cost more...

I fixed my photobucket account so now the pictures show up if that is what you were interested in.

I still like the M40's and will pull the trigger when i have to replace all 4 tires. So far I've only had to replace the rears at 8000 miles.

My shopped fitted these HRE's on my car when I was having my headers installed for comparison sake. If I didn't like the 19" AMG multispokes so much I would've definitley gone with these.

They are 19". IMO, 19" is a perfect size for the C63. I think 20's look a little big on the C.
