How far would you travel for great service?
Here's something I was thinking of--it boils my blood when I see and hear about crap service and rookie mistakes at dealerships.
You name it, we've seen missing plugs after changing the fluid in the diff, smashed up front bumpers, SWIRLS, forgotten oil caps, etc, etc.
As someone who has expeireced my share of sub-par service from dealerships Mercedes, Audi, & BMW this really bothers me. (I own a service business and I know no one is perfect and accidents happen, but come on now). Some of these guys are just clowns and I don't want to hand over my keys.
So here is the question:
How far would you travel if Mercedes offered premium service centers with their top techs and also specialized in AMG servicing (meaning they know the difference between a $70K C63 and grandma's base C?
