He refused to give your $$ back?!?!?! What an a**clown, what was his reason to deny refunding for services not provided? I hope you bury him under the courthouse steps when you are done with him.

Just some total BS. He'll lose in court no doubt. He'll probably appeal it just before the 30 day expiration period. After that loss, I don't think he'll be able to appeal it further. Then after 30 days, I'll probably have to attempt collection via threatening a sheriff's sale of his assets. So I suspect I'll get my $1,000 back in about September or so. He probably thinks I won't go that far, but I will.
