Yeah when i got my lip and posted pics some people really liked it and others hated it. It's always nice to have the approval of your peers but what really matters is that when you see you're car that YOU love it.

Your rims up to you. I've been saving money and shopping around for rims as well. This body shop, Status, has shown me some rims that are "out there" and personally the owner like those kind of rims, but I'm more of the traditional rims. But think of it as fashion, sometimes clothes designers design clothes that are really out there and they'll get mixed reviews all the time. But it's their design and if people don't like it then they won't buy it, but people who do will buy it. Enjoy your rims, enjoy your car and don't think too much of what people say. Think of it this way, you're car is more unique than the rest of us who have the stock 18" rims and everyone else who bought HREs which is getting pretty common.

I wish DaGS1800 no ill will. I just think maturity says if you don't like something, you can say "not my taste", like a few did. I don't care how much I don't like something, I don't jump on a thread multiple times and be that direct. I think if you got enough money, buy and drive what you want and enjoy it. If you don't like it, know that it takes all types to make this world go around...

I think when people post their true opinions it is what makes these forums so helpful rather than people just telling you what you want to hear. Sometimes it’s better to hear the brutal opinions of people, just my 2 cents…

I am not even 100% sure it was me who said those comments, I only said that it "could have" been me... but what is the difference really from "I don’t like it" than "that looks a like a clown car"?... Nothing really if you ask me, but like everyone else has said... There are many opinions on the web so you should have expected some complements and some harsh comments as well... If you like them, that’s all that matters
