You make your own. Car prompts for a number. You enter any number you want. Then the phone prompts for a number and your enter the same number that you made up for the car. Works for my iPhone.
Delete your phone and re-associate it with any number you want.
If I've misunderstood your question then apologies.

+1, just delete your phone from the car and the car from the phone. Then just start over again, its very easy and make up a new code, like 1234 or 0000 or what ever. you will need to put the same code in the phone as you do in the car and it done.

Yup and even did a reboot and nothing. I changed my phone from a Bold to a Storm and it works on my other cars expect the C63 its saying not compatible but the wierd part is the phone is asking me for a passkey but not the car. I thought both units would ask for a code.

COMAND owner's manual page 99 says you can do the association backwards ergo phone first. Enter a number on the phone then the car should prompt a passkey and enter that same number.

When I was having problems with my BB the dealer told me to use pass-code "MBUSA" using the corresponding numbers on the phone (don't have a phone in front of me or I would give you the numbers that correspond to the "MBUSA" phrase.

My BB wouldn't let me set my own. I had to use "MBUSA" as well.
