Buying a C63 need advice plz!!!!
So there's an 09 c63 with 4850 miles at my local dealer. they replaced the brakes, tires and did A service. car belonged to a 19y/o who lost his license
i ask you: doesnt that mean that he drove the sh_t out of it? they want 55900 for it. its now certified which extended the warranty to 100K.
also thoughts on the hid headlights and fog lights. they look great, but do u think they're cop magnets at night? can be seen for a mile on the fwy at night.
i'm very close to owning this beast
appreciate your guys' input

Usually they do the A service when the car is resold by the dealer even at low mileage....but the brakes???
I will agree with GHAZAN on the price $50k, I won't worry about the lights. Get the price lowered and go for it but make sure they give you the extended warranty in writting.

The price should definitely be lower than 50K plus try to have them include B Service in the deal along with the Extended Warranty.
Good Luck!

I first thought this was another joke thread.
IMO, if you plan to keep this car for a long while, why not wait for one with less baggage. Even though it has a warranty, does not mean you won't be in and out of the shop more than you care to be.
Probably safe to assume there was no break-in period (though I understand some don't like to follow that), no topping off of the oil, bong spills in the rear carpet, and golf course grass stuck to the undercarriage.
Check very closely for where the body may have been repainted. Could have been in a crash and not reported.
Personally I'd stay far away from this car at any reasonable price.
